Today I love my little white hat. I found it in my closet and just had to incorporate it into my outfit! I am also wearing a blazer from Winners $35. And this little frilly Forever 21 Black Dress was only $29.99. The shoes... believe it or not are from Joe Fresh. Did everyone catch him at LG Fashion Week. The vintage purse is a sweet little touch.
