The Crazist Work Wear

I used my black pencil skirt in a very different way today. I was inspired by these vintage black and gold earrings (which I bought for only $3.99) and everything else just fell into place. I have this giant rope belt which I got from H&M believe it or not. The top is actually a red dress from Le Chateau. The hat is from H&M as well for $14.99. The red lipstick is a NARS gloss I got at Sephora a while ago.
