Givenchy Spring 09- Couture

This collection literally has it all. The look was overall floral beauty but was presented in such an experimental way. I was watching this fashion show today and Jeane Becker was talking about how the whole room smelled like roses. I'm so jealous! I love the faint mint green dress. It's such a topper. There was so much in this collection. There was some feathers and some studs and some minimalistic suites. Did everyone love the corset wrapped in lace. That was very inspiring. Overall very architectural with leeway in the drapery. Which really created a very unique expression. The veils really impressed me. It's such an interesting take on the wedding gown. I love the bride jump suite.
