I love occasions to dress up! But I'm finding myself a little lost. I can't decide what kind of dress I want to wear for the Valentine's day Semi- Formal this friday. I was looking at American Apparel and they've got some OUT OF THIS WORLD glittery simple high waisters. They remind me of my sparkle days in grade 9. (Bottom picture). Or am I looking for a floral print (top picture) from Top Shop? I don't know whats more favourable this season... but I love the plays on colours here. Which do you prefer?
